His early work focused on improving productivity, streamlining logistics, and creating greater visibility across service operations through innovative tracking technologies.

When Marc launched his own management company, he leveraged these automation systems to revolutionize application productivity, inventory management, and field service logistics. By implementing data-driven operational strategies, he created more efficient workflows that significantly improved performance across multiple business divisions.

Today, Marc continues to bring that same forward-thinking mindset to his family's real estate business, where he has helped modernize operations, increase portfolio efficiency, and improve asset performance through smarter systems and technology integration.

Most recently, Marc led the development of Property MAX AI — a groundbreaking platform designed to deliver real-time operational intelligence for multifamily portfolios. The platform empowers property owners and operators with actionable insights across maintenance operations, staffing performance, inventory management, service workflows, and portfolio-wide efficiency.
