Acquisitions Mentorship Program

Interested in learning how to invest in real estate? How to find deals? Or how to successfully run a real estate management company? Every quarter, ApartmentCorp takes on 2–3 young, motivated students or recent graduates to learn the ins and outs of real estate investment and management — first-hand, from one of the largest multifamily housing owners and operators in the country.

Analyze Properties

Learn how to evaluate multifamily assets — from cap rates and NOI to value-add potential and market positioning.

Find Properties

Discover the sourcing strategies and deal-flow channels used by one of the country's largest multifamily operators.

Manage Properties

Get hands-on exposure to property management operations, tenant relations, and performance optimization.

Think Like a Business Owner

Develop the entrepreneurial mindset required to run a scalable real estate business with long-term vision.

Develop Property

Understand the development process from site selection and entitlements through construction and lease-up.

Finance & Invest

Learn how to structure construction financing, equity partnerships, and investment vehicles for real estate projects.

Candidate Checklist

Available 5 days a week during the 3-month program

This is an unpaid opportunity — you must have the financial means to support yourself throughout

Must have or be willing to get a Windows PC (no Macs — required for our proprietary software)

Must have a bachelor's degree (business or real estate preferred but not required) or be currently enrolled at a 4-year university
